When you call our offices we will take down your information. 

Our SERVPRO® of Warrick, Spencer and Dubois Counties Representative will ask several questions:

• Your name and contact information
• Your insurance information (if applicable)
• The street address of the water-damaged home or business
• When did the flooding or water damage occur?
• What caused the water damage?
• Is there electricity available?

Once our production team receives your information, we have one of our production managers call you to see when a time is right for us to come to your home. We have our highly trained technicians come to your home and depending on the damages, evaluate what needs to be done.
